    I am looking for the following Adidas sneakers. Are perhaps the Attitude?

    Does anyone know where to buy them?

    Yep, those are Adidas Attitude, sometimes also labeled Adidas Metro Attitude.

    No idea where to buy them specifically. Everywhere? They're not that old.
