I think I saw the first one before but I cannot recall seeing any of the others. I particularly like the one with the girls sharing their chucks. Each one wearing one brown and one green one. Thank you for the post.

It's an interesting girlie thing, this sharing of different coloured shoes, or for that matter, just wearing two different coloured shoes. I'd like to spend an hour or two with some likely 20 year old candidates to check out all aspects of why this is so!!!I saw some teenage boys doing it once 20 years ago (I think one was black and one yellow - but never since). Seeing the girls though is a bit more common although I must admit not seeing hi's and lo's together like the photo above. Down here in Oz, where flip flops are very common throughout the year (even in winter with jeans), it is not uncommon to see two different colours with them also, especially since Havaianas are released in about as many colours as Chucks.
