Was watching the TV series Escobar: El Patrón del Mal from Caracol Colombia. Two of episodes has this hot chick who is brought in to have sex with Pablo Escobar. After Pablo is done with her, she is seen hurriedly leaving while wearing a pair of black canvas Keds knock offs barefoot with the backs crushed. There are a couple of scenes with her wearing them like slippers with her feet sticking out. Finally she gets murdered by one of Pablo's henchmen and there is a scene where her struggles cause her backless canvas shoes to fall off her bare feet. And then her body is dragged away and the camera focuses on one of her shoes lying on the ground with the back still crushed.
