These are pics from Lesedi Culture Village in South Africa. Its a reenactment of African tribal life for tourists similar to Colonial Williamsburg in the US. I find it interesting that most of the girls wear Converse or similar style shoes. Looks kind of funny to see them in tribal costume and sneakers.:icon_mrgr

Now that's just strange......I'm not saying they shouldn't be wearing them or that they don't have the right too.....just looked at the beaded shirts and whatnot and then the Converse.....it just seems really strange to me, the combination. I don't think I would have ever suspected.
