There is a new horror movie just hit the screens in the UK, called Eden Lake.
I havent seen it yet but have read some reviews (and some limited glimpses on the trailer) but one of the lead charecters (Jenny) wears old black low tops.
She is played by Kelly Reilly. The film is British and appears to be quite gruesome, I belive both she and her boyfriend are killed off and "made to suffer". There is a nasty bit where she impailes one of her feet on a metal spike whilst running away.
The review in the Metro newspaper said "watch he pick the spikes out of her Converse".
