Not really, it looks like they are leggings made to look like converse. You can see how they fit over the regular hightops

Anyone know where I can get them on E-bay... I'm serching but they are alluding me... The wife wants some... Maby you girls have seen them... Oh and Scotty, any idea which band those two girls are from...??..

This is from a Lindsay Lohan movie called Confessions of Teenage Drama Queen. If you rent it, I recommend you fast forward to this part. LOL
I have no idea where you can find those tights. They are probably a specialty item and import from Europe or Japan. Try doing a search for Converse tights on Ebay. Good luck.
