Keds Help Ordering From Asia

Hi -

I was wondering if anyone has access to ordering items from a store in an Asian country. I live in the USA.

I've found some mens Keds I would like to order, but don't understand the language and process and was wondering if anyone could translate and/or provide access to buying an item from a foreign on-line store?

Has anyone ever tried ordering from an overseas company?

What problems could arise?
