Can anyone tell how i upload the pics,i cant seem to get it to work.or is it allways a problem in here..?

1. click "post new subject" or "post reply" in a started subject.
2. wait until the page is fully loaded.
3.write a text.
4.click "manage attachments" under additional options, scroll down
until you see it.
5. Browse for the pictures.
make sure their names appear in the slots.
6. Click "upload", wait...
7. Click submit.....
