funny, i know that clothing store mentioned in the article. they always have a vast, stylish, and colorful array of women's sneakers in their rather large, front display window. seriously, it's quite majestic, and the display runs the gamut of everything you could think of (vans, converse, saucony, etc..)*except* i've yet to see any keds. not even after having seen quite a few young women wearing them in this area over the past few months. maybe this is about to change.
on a slightly different note - i noticed a few keds (classic navy champs and a few pairs of the new distressed champs) in a very trendy, hip clothing store called american rag. that's definitely promising.
