Anyone see the closing ceremony?The young girl who went up to the flame at the end to light her lantern,then walked all the way down was wearing gorgeous white keds oxford champions!You could see the blue tab quite clearly as she walked along the stage.There is hope yet!!!
I noticed that too! Also the women picking up the wheat were all wearing keds, or keds like sneakers. You could see the blue label when they turned around. Some of the athletes were wearing white keds like sneakers, and others wore black or navy keds like sneakers. It was a keds fest at the olympics this year. I also wonder with all those beautiful women athletes who train and work and compete hard, some of them have to have some smelly feet. 🙂

I visited Greece in 2000 or 2001 and there were Keds all over! It is definitely a Keds country.
