Keds Keds in other than clothing commercials

Of course you expect to find Keds in a catalogue featuring shoes, and they are sometimes shown on the feet of women modeling other clothing.

However, Keds are around us elsewhere.

There was that very good Dr. Pepper commercial that ran last winter.

Today I was in my local Lowes (hardware, not food store) - one of the items for sale was a pull-down staircase to access an attic. The box features a half life-size picture of a woman climbing the stairs. She is wearing black champions.

I nearly bought the staircase just for the poster 🙂

I follow you, If you look at the hardware and home improvement items you will find lot's of gardeding, camping and home improvemnt items were the pics on the boxes have women (sockless) with champs. Kinda give that ahhh feeling.

I also remember they used to have exercise stores with women working out on various equipment wearing keds/keds knockoffs but lately they usually wear the bulky stuff.
