Hopefully a good sign of the upcoming season. Walking around this store while my wife was shopping the other day, I saw at least 5 ad/posters where the models were wearing Keds. Not counting the Keds display that had a poster of Taylor Swift showing off 2 different pair.

Not to mention, the last time I was at Kohl's and picked up the display sneaker, a navy Champion, I was surprised to see that it had the old-style sole - pebbled and uniform, without the recycled 'treads.'
It was definitely a newer model with tags on the collar and tongue. Strange enough though, it was the only one like that I saw! Perhaps those lame treaded soles are soon to be replaced?
