I was watching the NatGeo Mars TV series and noticed the women were wearing a Keds like sneaker but the quality was SD and I can't really tell. Have any of got a HD copy that can do screen grabs?

That's an eagle eye, but as far as I can tell from 1080p, not Keds or knockoffs.

Below is the best close up, and presumably the other two women wear the same.
