Jessica Lange and Juliette Lewis wear keds

The Wedding Singer - there is a short scene with her sitting on a couch with Adam Sandler and she is wearing white keds.

Cameron Diaz:
Head Above Water - she is wearing keds-like sneakers in the movie. Also, she gets tied up several times while wearing sneakers.

Sandra Bullock:
Hope Floats - there is a brief scene with her in blue keds-like sneakers.

"Dazed and Confused"
Some of the high school girls are wearing keds or keds knockoffs in the beginning of the movie - however, some of the girls are also wearing those horrible 1970s striped knee socks.

Continuing with the keds in movies theme we have these tasty morsels :

"Hidden Obsession" with Heather Thomas in both white slide oxfords and white canvas keds (including a nice bind and gag scene)

"A Deadly Vision" Kristin Davis in keds knockoffs, and another nice tie up scene with duct tape

"Overboard" Goldie Hawn wears white Canvas keds after being taken to the log cabin by Kurt Russell

"Betrayal of the Dove" Helen Slater in white canvas keds, including a nice close up of slamming the brake pedal

"Strays" with Kathleen Quinlan in white canvas keds throughout most of movie, including great close up while setting mouse traps in the attic

"Selena" Jennifer Lopez sports the white canvas keds when the bus breaks down portraying the late Selena

Couple of those are made for TV movies, but still good none the less as long as the blue label is representing
