It really is just a lot of luck but one thing I do find is helpful is once I get a hit it to explore the entire set (not always fun) and then organize them in groups (e.g. first by color then by user so I can always go back and see if new are shown)

Yea, i generally search the full album list of members who have good posts, but saving them and checking for updates is a great idea, i'll have to start trying that.
