Now i dont know if you guys are into Foreign movies or anything but i can tell you guys you will love this movie, well converse lovers will i can say.

"Muoi" charts the path of a Korean writer who travels to Vietnam in search of stories for her second novel. There she learns about a mystery centered around a century-old vengeful spirit.

Now the Main Heroine in this movie wears converse hightops through out the whole movie, at some parts she wears black low but through out most of it you can see her wear her white high tops. Now for most of you she wears her converse sockless.

Towards the end of the movie she is seeking to end the curse the spirit "muoi" by stabbing her best friend who the heroine believes is possessed and is the key to ending the spirit. Now some where near the end her hightops are melting literally melting (i will post pictures) and she is glued to the spot because her sneakers are melted into the floor, the spirit attacks her and she quickly unties her sneaks. Now if your interested in the movie i will stop there as to not spoil it. Its a Great movie in my opinion

Does she take off the shoes in any part of the movie other than in the pic you posted?

No sadly, although there is this one scene in the movie where she takes them off at this temple but the freaking camera man wont show it. We just see her approaching this monk barefoot. There is also another scene where her roommate tied her up with rope to the bed (it was a dream our heroine was having so it didnt happen )
