When you open the attachments window there are 10 upload slots. Any images that fail to upload will provide errors within that window. Typical failure errors are file size. Images must be under 500KB which is huge for any jpg.
There is also a section on the boards to ask for help. Asking for help within forums is hit and miss as I rarely read some sections.

I should add, that if the jpg is too big after you upload them, you might want to try what i do with some of hte pics I upload from the camera to the computer. Basically, what you have to do, is open up the photo in MS paint, then save the photo. Afterwards, you should notice that what is a 600Kb file went to about 100 or 200Kb.

Or just right click on the original image using Windows and resize it (small is plenty).
