Image Keds New Navy Champs (and other Keds)

I seem to remember a thread about changes for '10 but can't seem to find it. Anyway, just got a new pair of navy Champs form keds.com and they're exactly as they were described as being available at Journeys. The navy is dark, really dark. The sole pattern is similar but not identical to the Champ 2K style, they feel like they still have some very light coating of that fuzzy stuff on parts of it. Heel tag is back to a larger size and in a dark blue. No more terry lining, the insole is navy and bound arond the edge with a simple Keds tag sewn in, the lining is white. And they still have the drop-tag on the side (which personally I like- you can tell when a girl is wearing newer Keds!)

All in all, I think I like the newest update better than the previous, we'll see how they wear.

Also just got these green ones. Can't wait to wear these out. Probably can't see from the pic but the canvas seems to have a slight herringbone effect to it. New style sole in some dark color. The laces are actually two pair of skinny laces in different colors. The terry lining and insole are blue like the laces and the binding around the insole is green, blue and white striped. Neat!

What size did you order? Does there seem to be any difference in the width since the last time? I find I sometimes need wide, other times the wide is way too wide. Last pair I ordered were the chambray and they are like XW even though they say W. I should have sent them back but waited too long.

women's 10 medium. the navy champs actually feel a tiny bit wider than other mediums i've gotten, wider than say the champ 2K's were.

oh, I'll probably put them in the for sale section but I have a pair of 10XW of the now-previous style if anybody wants them. they're huge on me.
