Image Keds really popular shoes in taiwan

so i was in taiwan last winter, and literally every girl is wearing this style of sneakers.... should they be filed under keds, or what other category?

oh, and the shoes in the 2nd and 3rd pic belongs to the girl in the 1st pic, and i almost convinced her to sell her shoes to me, and she agreed, but i had to come back to the states and.... it just ended up not happening.... sigh

Hi,the 5th and 6th pic are lacoste brand shoes.They could go under athletic sneaker category.:icon_cool

Been to Taiwan last week (2 days rush trip)
didn't get to see girls in sneakers.
sigh!
