I am pretty sure they are regular stone keds, she just took out the laces. You can sort of see that the stitching is white and the bottoms look like regular keds. They might be 2010 line of keds.
I was watching "Raising hope the episode with Katey Perry. Katey Perry has a pair of brown tennis sneakers (that are keds knock offs) as part of the Beaver Scout's uniform. The only draw back is you do not get to see the whole outfit on Shannon's character. Hopefully someone maybe able to find a photo of her in the uniform from head to toe.
