I was channel surfing yesterday and hit on a movie from 1991 "The Suzanne Summers Story" I only watched for a few minutes but there was a scene where her son was hit by a car and she ran out to the accident and she was wearing navy champs. That scene was followed by a hospital scene. They maybe more scenes from early on in the film.
