CJ I decided to pass this info on.

Canadian government just has to get a piece of everything.

I just got a pair of sneaks sent to me by CrazyJ. He put a value of $50.00 on the package for insurance so CDN customs converted it to CDN = $80. 08 then they added GST of $5.61 and PST = $6.41 then the fuckers put a handling fee of $5.00 on total = $17.02 for free shoes.

Where do they get off charging tax and a handling fee? It's no wonder so many American companies won't do business up here. For future reference folks if you're sending something to Canada mark the package a gift 0.00 value. Let them try to charge tax on that!
