I am a member of www.photobucket.com

It is a free site where you can store pics and will save them as a URL so you can post the link directly. It also allow you to click on "Edit" and then reduce the size of your pics.

Once you signed up, and uploaded your pic, you can reduce it from "EDIT"

Then right click using your mouse on the pic and save it to your computer folder. Then you can upload on any other site. Many things you can do, I find photobucket the easiest to use and provides tons of free storage space.

I also use it to reduce the size of my avatars which most sites only allow you roughly 80 x 80 pixels to post one. Right clicking on your pic and then going to "properties" will also tell you the size of your pic, keep reducing till it is within range.
