Oh, "Victorious" is the name of the show! nick.com (no direct links allowed) says the actress is Ariana Grande, playing the character Cat.

Anybody know if she wears them regularly, like Tiffani Thiessen did on Saved By the Bell. I think she wears them again in the episode "Locked Up" (teens in prison), but the screenshots at nick.com are low resolution. Scotty, where did you find your photos?
