Just got back from my first visit to Disney. I was expecting to have a very bleak Keds siting experience. Glad to say it wasn't that bad. Although (as expected) the vast amount of women wear other types of sneakers. There was no single dominant style I noticed. I did see Keds and knock off Keds here and there. The high lights were two women , within 45 minutes, in red Keds. Another woman in white leather Keds. And one wearing white Disney prints, must have been one of their special editions.
Lots of Vans including a woman wearing red Authentics (not as sexy as Keds though) and some in the Target type boat sneaker.

The one thing I hated was those newer converse style of absurdly heavy thick sneakers. They look like they must very heavy to walk in. Besides, why would anyone think they look good with these big rubber things on their feet?

I saw a guy wearing those. It was creepy.

OK my recent travel story. Just went to a music festival in Texas and some museums. Holy hell all, the sneakers were HORRIBLE! Myself and my gal were wearing Keds/target canvas sneaks the whole time, but at the 3 day festival I saw exactly 1~~ mother FK-ING pair of Keds! And they were one of the newer, clunky styles. It was sad as the weather was 84 degrees and everyone was in shorts. LOTS of cons - esp the big/ugly/clunky/clown looking ones ;-( , a couple of Vans, and LOTS of the clown looking nikes and boots. It was very sad. Literally zero sexy/little/canvas tennies.. At one museum there was an old broad wearing leather Keds sockless, but that was it. I was beyond disappointed with the sneakers to look at. Oh and she stepped in the mud in her black Keds ;-)
