At about the same time as my sneaker fetish started I developed a fetish for women wearing judo and karate outfits.
In the 80's I found I also developed a fetish for women wearing cheerleader uniforms (I blame Toni Basil) and the aerobics craze spawned a fetish for women in leotards and legwarmers. ( Thanks Olivia NJ)
My ballet slipper fetish led to me collecting several clips of women wearing ballerina outfits and ballet slippers and about 2000 pictures at least.
Although I am in my 23rd year of accessing the internet, I have precisely 3 pictures of women wearing judo/karate gi's wearing canvas sneakers. (I x white Cons 2 x black keds.)
In the early years I can remember Seeker publishing a set /movie of a sneaker woman (keds) wearing a karate gi.

I have seen several fetish clips of women wearing gi's and ballet slippers, but no pictures.

Fun fact: Several years ago I met Summer Glau (Absolute Babe!) at Comicon London. One of the pics she was autographing was the "pulling on ballet slippers" one available frequently on the net.
Mine has pride of place on my living room wall.
 
My main fetish is the Keds like sneakers, but I do really like anal with them. I also prefer well-worn and beat up/dirty shoes. And outfits such as cheer, babysitter, nurses with keds like sneakers are pretty awesome.

Here's a photo that just showed up in my Tumblr feed...don't think it's quite what you're looking for, though. I also have a photo set from Coed Feet with a model in judo/karate garb -- but she's barefoot.

Thanks for your reply, I have that pic in my collection also, It ticks 9 boxes on my fetish list Beautiful, Asian, Cheongsam, Canvas Sneakers, Contrasting pantyhose, Martial arts pose. Looking at camera , See both feet, Pic size and resolution good!!!! NEAR PERFECT.

I have joined Deadly Feet sites on a couple of occasions, they feature non porn judo and karate and some sneakers and other shoes of interest. Also they offer a limited (non recurring payment) membership. (Big plus.) I have several hundred pics of women in judo and karate outfits, porn and non porn.

I used to attend a sports centre and two women from the karate club would sit in the cafe in their gi's and white Keds knockoffs. Also the yoga teacher wore black suede Chinese mary janes. (CMJ's) Bliss............
 
I too like Keds with the ballet world! Ultimately I would like to see a ballerina on her way to class wearing dance wear along with leggings a pullover, but knowing she’s wearing tights and a leotard underneath, then to look down and see her wearing white Keds and walking with her feet slightly turned out which is a trademark for ballet dancers!
 
I have just started buying and wearing some women's clothes to go with my Keds. Panties, jeans shorts, leggings and I started to wear the outfits in public. I also discovered that I can fit into some of my wife's clothes, too.

Good find of a Chun-Li cosplay with keds knockoffs. Trust me, I wish there were more pics of women in karate, judo, or taekwondo garbs with sneakers as much as you do.
 
I've developed a love of athletic looking women who partake or are casually into athletic activities. Working out in the gym, gymnastics, jogging, team sports like basketball, baseball/softball, cricket, soccer, and volleyball, track and field events like the meter dashes, shotput, discus, and pole vault. Skateboarding either casually, or competitively. All of those things while wearing pairing them with either Nike, Adidas, Puma or my preferred brand of choice, Converse.
