The new keds have a hard rubber sole now, they take alot of walking to smooth out. Many of the knock offs have a cheaper bottom and wear into a softer feel. The fact she wears them FOR you is good. I recall members asking how do you get her to wear them for you? WE recently had an explosion of sorts. The MRS treats sneakers like lingere now and matches outfits for day and night to the sneaker color. So many colors to choose from so many styles to compliment. BUT there is nothing like old well worn white sneaks.
