Hey Scotty! - funny that you mention that. I did not see ANY Converse available in the shops in Brasil, only the "ALLSTAR" branded shoes.
Cant speak for the rest of the continent of S'America though...
Saw quite a few hispanic/latin American girls in NYC recently (tourists) they could have been from anywhere but they mostly had black low cut chucks, very cute with their tanned bodies...
