All blue heel label and no ankle tag.
That would just mean pre new label.
I was thinking metal eyelets with the old blue label.
There were a couple of colors in the champs that had that combo; a green and burn orange from about 20 years ago (post flare heel maybe).
Also I think there was a made in USA Keds for Barney’s that had the combo recently.
